Mr. Gulla Jan Khawari is a senior defense and security strategist. He served as Deputy Minister for Strategy and Policy at Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense, where he oversaw national defense planning, institutional reform, and modernization of the armed forces. He played a key role in building international defense partnerships and represented Afghanistan in high-level international security forums.
