
Communication and Outreach Officer
Nabiya Khatibi is a Law and Political Science graduate, human rights defender, and civil activist in education and research. Having previously served as a teacher in Afghanistan, she has played a vital role in the intellectual empowerment of the youth. She currently serves as the Communications and Outreach Officer at the Brain Initiative for Development, advocating for girls’ education. The core of her activism is dedicated to defending fundamental human rights, particularly women’s rights and social empowerment. By analyzing legal and social issues, Ms. Khatibi regards education as the essential foundation for human dignity and justice. She consistently strives to pave the way toward a bright and equitable future for all members of society.
