Tolo-e-Saadat University and Bareen Initiative for Development (BID) held a conference on 10 July 2024 under the title of “Contemporary Management Methods for Professors and Employees”.
In this conference, Professor Abdul Hakim Ulfat, the president of this university, told the professors and employees of Tolo-e-Saadat University that management is the main factor of all positive and negative developments in an organization. If healthy management is formed by effective managers, the organization will witness positive results and achieve its goals sooner. And if the organization is run by weak people whose management is not healthy, the organization cannot achieve its goals and it will collapse, of which there are many examples…
Professor Ulfat told the participants that the first thing that is needed for managers, is self-management or personal management. As long as a person cannot manage himself/herself, how will he/she be able to manage an organization or a work team properly, personal management is the main success factor in organizational management, if a person can manage himself/herself, he/she can manage an organization as well.
Professor Ulfat said about modern management methods: the world is changing and all things including management methods in today’s world can be changed and the world is looking to find the simplest and most effective management methods that can be used to achieve organizational goals in the shortest time and with the lowest cost.
